To strengthen our team in Balti, Republic of Moldova, we are looking for a Legal Advisor:
CANDIDATE’S PROFILE
⦁ University Law degree
⦁ Relevant work experience in the field for minimum 3-5 years
⦁ Knowledge of the legislation for the company’s fields of interest (labor legislation, business legislation, customs, fiscal legislation, etc.)
⦁ Experience in designing and drafting legal documents
⦁ Ability to analyze, synthesize and write legal documents
⦁ Basic computer skills, including the use of MS Office
⦁ Romanian, English language - mandatory
⦁ Strong interpersonal skills, analitycal thinking, attention to details and integrity required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
⦁ Provides the necessary legal advice to carry out the current activity of the company in the best conditions
⦁ Provides legal assistance for all areas of activity, depending on the specific legislation in place
⦁ Is responsible for legal check & approval of all contracts and/ or collaboration agreements with different collaborators, suppliers, institutions
⦁ Follows the legal changes and immediately communicates all the necessary information to the department heads
⦁ Checks and assures the documents legal compliance
⦁ Represents the interests of the company before all parties
⦁ Formulates, at the request of the company's management, any direction / address / report, to the bodies authorized by the legislation in place
⦁ Represents the employer in all external collaborations from a legal point of view.
