Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
2+ years related experience
Strong communication skills
Strong English communication skills
Routing/switching knowledge
Proven knowledge of servers, networks, and storage
CCNA/CCNP certifications or equivalent experience a plus
Linux and Windows sever experience preferred
MCSA/MCSE certifications or equivalent experience a plus
Basic or advanced programming skills is a plus


Duties and responsibilities

Mix of Support, Operations and Development tasks for on-premise and cloud deployments
Problem solver, capable to identify and resolve issues, being able to see the big picture
Perform operational tasks including, but not limited to SW/HW installations, upgrades and more
Configuration of servers, networking equipment and cloud resources
Track issues through to resolution
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
