GoParrot is looking for an enthusiastic and open-minded full-time position Accountant, passionate about numbers, ready to perform finance processes and other accounting duties.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Monthly customers billing and settlement
- A/R and A/P monitoring
- Email/Phone clients communication
- Monthly Bookkeeping of entity transactions (Quickbooks)
- Manage monthly BS, P&L, and Cash Forecast
- Monthly bank/card reconciliation
- Maintaining clients agreements
- Maintaining CRM system
- Financial Plan modeling
- Cash budget analysis (for both US and MD entities)
- Sales reports analysis. Sales indicators analysis
- Monitoring new US employees (contract, offers, payroll)
- Maintaining vendors contracts
- Building various reports as per shareholders, partners, or managers request
- Assist with audit
Skills & Requirements
- Accounting/ Financial/ Economic Degree;
- At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting/finance, budgeting;
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting experience;
- Experience with data processing; financial and accounting data analysis;
- Good knowledge of Excel;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication skills (necessary with the communication with clients, auditors, shareholders, etc).
- Good professional writing skills (professional email writing abilities).
- Sense for organization, detail, accuracy.
